I was reading SNN's financial report on SEDAR.
It indicates that SNN only owns 51% of this
Mexican property.
Is this true??? |

To December 31st 2006 total drilling at Cerro del Gallo had reached 62,714 meters in 253 holes. It is expected that a new resource calculation will be reached by the end of March 2007 to reflect fully 37,750 meters of new drilling since the last estimate.
Prior to the end of 2007 we should have a feasibility study done on Cerro Del Gallo. As of Feb. 14th 2007 , 103,773.309 shares were outstanding. Now 21,217,000 warrents were ouitstanding with an exerc ise price of $1.20 per share with expiration dates renging from 2 to 5 years. They are staggard. That's good. Still looking for the April new shares allowed to be released from the IPO. If share price can stay down , I will buy more this week.

Hey Coral Calcium,
" don't think I want to be around on April 8th when this comes free trading. There are too many holders licking their chops waiting for suckers to buy in before then so they can unload. If it just came down 30 cents with no P.P. dumping, imagine how much it will come off when hundreds of thousands of shares hit the market."
Great possibility it will go lower coming April 8th This will be a temporary thing anyway. How long it will take to burn off maY be anyone's guess. If we are long term in SNN.V then it wouldn't matter. I may buy more this week depending on share price. My feel is a good NR or brokerage coverage may start and sale the share price above $2 , then the new shares issue after April 8th will come and push it down maybe not even where it is today. So for longs. Get in now, stay the coarse.
Trying to get 25,000 shares . See very good things all over SNN. Just like to know more than on their web site. Cheers Pro _________________ The world is littered with unsustainable debt. And global de-leveraging is still in the early stages. |

I feel the same way
Just got home from a snowmobiling weekend and ran into the house to check on SNN. Managed to get 5000 @$1.54 and couldn't believe the close 19 minutes later. Hope to pick up more. |

| Well that was my 10K at $1.55 today for an "initial" position. I've been watching it and suffering for too long. I hate chasing any stock, even SNN. I don't think I want to be around on April 8th when this comes free trading. There are too many holders licking their chops waiting for suckers to buy in before then so they can unload. peaceman-
I bought another block at 1.65 as well today, so my timing is not any better. Good news or a strong analyst report could send this over 2 in a heartbeat. |

Hi:
Can someone clarify, Coach perhaps, the date when IPO stock comes free trading? If I am not mistaken, the IPO closed on Dec 8th. The typical holding period, if one is present, is 4 months. That would put the date at April 8th or thereabouts. Is this correct?
Does anyone have any guidance from the company on the timing of release of the new resource estimate?
Thanks. _________________ David |

Hi Coach & Coffee,
Uranium is the only thing that stops me from buying more SNN at present. _________________ The world is littered with unsustainable debt. And global de-leveraging is still in the early stages. |

| Kept nibbling today with profits from other picks. SNN is one of those companies where I don't want to get cute, just buy shares as I can. Tremendous potential here, as has been well articulated by others. 10M+ gold deposits are rare finds these days. |

When I get back from Mexico next week, if SNN is still correcting I will find the money from somewhere to buy more myself. I may even roll some into my RRSP.
cheers!

Thought that I would join the fun too and got a partial fill today, with an initial position of 4200 @1.63 CDN.
